Business Overview

The A+ Generation is an itinerant tutoring and training company that helps gifted and children with special needs unlock their full potential by providing personalized educational solutions for children who have physical, intellectual and emotional special needs. 

All our services are offered to children aged two years until the end of high school. Our programme has three segments:

1. Diagnosis – At this level our team will determine the support needed and the measures that need to be implemented to help the child unlock his/her full potential. From the tests a profile of the student is created with individual educational goals. It helps us to answer the questions “Who is this child? What does (s)he like? What does (s)he need to unlock full potential?”
2. Implementation – of goals and plan created. Our programme involves constant re-evaluation of goals, monthly progress reports, partnership with schools and other specialists who may be supporting the educational journey of our students.
3. Assessment – This helps us to determine whether we are achieving goals created at start and the level of progress that has been made for the period. It helps us to make strategic decisions about the path that needs to be taken to achieve the desired goals. 

Our three-pronged approach to education has helped us to deliver on our promises at the start of our service. 

We also offer training and consultation to businesses to help them prepare their staff and processes for working alongside persons who may have special needs as well as to better serve our customers who have physical, intellectual and emotional customer needs.
