1. We are a unique provider of Leadership Development Services. Our work is underpinned by the Gestalt psychology. We work with all levels of the system – the individual, the team and the wider organisation – to provide coaching, facilitation, interventions, process improvements and skills transfer. Some of our signature services include

• Global Gestalt Leadership Conference – Every last Thursday in April we explore various Leadership themes and concepts with other international speakers at our 1 day Global Gestalt Leadership Conference (online), Now in its 5^th year we attract a global audience.
• Global Gestalt Leadership Development Program – We facilitate the development of international leaders with an international faculty in an online forum. This is a one-year program. The 1^st cohort starts in Jan 2023.
• Call to Creativity – We work with female professionals to assist them to be more effective at leadership. This is a 6-month program
• E.L.F Leadership – This is done at the Individual level and spills over to the team.  We assist leaders to:
  • Improve SELF AWARENESS so that she/he can be more effective
  • Build EFFECTIVE TEAMS – the leader in relation to the persons that she/ he leads
  • Develop LEADERSHIP SKILLS – facilitate Skills transfer to leaders
  • FULFILL STRATEGY – Assist the leader to plan execute and mitigate challenges
• LEAP Program for Teams – These services are at the level of team. The focus is on
  • LEADERSHIP of the team – help create accountable teams
  • Developing EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS through Team building/development and Interventions
  • Create an ASPIRATIONAL VISION that will drive the Team’s Goals and Objectives
  • Ensure that the PROCESSES are effective and efficient
