Business Overview

The practice was established by John Gillespie in 1966 as John Gillespie & Associates, later to become Gillespie & Steel Associates (1970), Gillespie & Steel Limited (1994) and now Gillespie+Partners Limited (2009) with a Managing Director, Mr. Lloyd deSuze, Reg.Arch.013.

Gillespie +Partners (G+P) has over fifty years’ experience of practice throughout the Eastern Caribbean from the Virgin Islands in the north to Guyana in the south and Aruba in the west.

G+P offer a full architecture and interior architecture design service for a comprehensive range of building types including, but not limited to, commercial, civic and industrial projects.

For projects where there is a need for specialist technical support, G+P collaborates with international consultants for the development of solutions in areas such as facade engineering, acoustics, audiovisual systems and specialist lighting design.
