Michelle Low Chew Tung is an Entrepreneur, Management Consultant, Business Mentor and Trainer. She is the Managing Director and founder of INVENI Business & Technology Ltd (INVENI), the Caribbean’s leading China direct sourcing solutions company.
She is an expert in the field of marketing, and business development strategy. Her professional experience comprises over 15 years in the private sector, in addition to senior executive management positions at state companies in the key areas of tourism development, market planning & development, procurement, project management, product development, construction, business development and business consulting.
Her passion lies in mentoring businesses and helping clients to achieve goals they initially deem impossible. She is a Mentor for the World bank infoDEV/Women Innovators Network of the Caribbean (WINC) Acceleration Program since inception and has mentored over 20 businesses locally. She believes that our most valuable offering is helping others and paying it forward leads to your own success.
Michelle believes that women entrepreneurs can drive economic growth and is proud to serve on the Women Entrepreneurship Day Committee of Trinidad & Tobago (WEDTT), a US State Department and United Nations global initiative recognized as the world’s largest celebration of women innovators and job creators. Additionally, she holds the position of Director, Communications & PR on the Board of the Association of Female Executives of Trinidad and Tobago (AFETT).
She is the Principal Consultant of LCT Consulting & Associates Limited,and Co-Founder of ShareHome Caribbean, a firm that is leading on the Sharing Economy in the Caribbean.
Michelle is the current President of Quota International of Trinidad & Tobago, the local arm of Quota International, global non-profit empowering women, children, the deaf, hard-of-hearing, and speech-impaired in local communities around the world.
