Business Overview

The Eventful Affair is a Corporate Event Management Company located in Trinidad and Tobago. Registered as a Sole Trader, we also have a trademark registered with the Intellectual Property Office of Trinidad and Tobago under Class 41 for the  Organization of Education and Entertainment Events for Professionals and Executives.

The business was started in 2010 by our founder, Chief Happiness Officer and Event Coordinator, Ms. Omeeta R. Jaggernath. With many years of experience in the fields of Communication, Marketing and Customer Management for local and regional customers in both the public and private sectors, it was deemed the appropriate time for the company to be started.

Over the years, our company has expanded it’s services from Corporate Event Management, to include capacity building through workshop facilitation to Small and Medium Enterprises.

Our work with corporate clients in Trinidad and Tobago has included the planning and production of events such as :

We have helped our clients achieve their marketing goals, managing events at multiple locations at the  national, regional and international level where required. We currently offer Virtual Event Solutions that increase customer engagement, and create memorable event experiences that satisfy sponsor needs and drive sales.

Our scope of work incorporates every aspect of events, from planning and consultancy, audio video requirements, volunteer recruitment and management, all the way to to execution and the close-out report.
